This vanity and matching chair are the perfect combination of a beautiful vintage piece of furniture, a beautiful finish, and beautiful details. The prettiest parts of the original wood finish of this Robert W. Irwin / Royal Irwin vanity are framed by rich black, the details and hardware have been dusted with silver to pull in the silver tones of the elegant fabric on the newly reupholstered chair. This set is newly painted in our studio using Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan in Athenian Black, Clear Wax and Annie Sloan Gilding Wax. It's in great vintage condition, just missing the decorative rosette on the top left of the mirror (see last pic) which doesn't in any way affect the function of this piece.
